The kids and I had to circle as well, as we had never seen a guy out on a stroll with his tortoise! We found out the guy was only 4 years old (the tortoise that is), just before the one on two legs told us we should get a move on because he has been asked by the police too many times not to walk his reptile because it causes too many traffic delays! Too funny!
