The premise of MG's new book is simply there are MANY factors that contribute to success.
It is a very interesting read that certainly caused me to desire even greater focus in my life.
The section that was most challenging to me was the concept of "10,000 Hours".
Malcolm goes to great lengths to prove that in order for a person to become and expert / super successful in any endeavor they need to log 10,000 hours in that specific area / field.
He uses the Beatles to launch this theory & it is very compelling.
If you like the Beatles it is especially worth your time!
I would also add that if you are in the midst of raising children and trying to figure out how / where to direct them --- this book gives you quite a bit to consider.
